Fork & Vine Farm to Table Dinner

Under the Stars, benefitting S.A.F.E.

S.A.F.E., Serving Are Foster Youth and Foster Families, is holding a Farm-To-Table Dinner and Silent Auction in Franklin on Friday, September 28th, 2018. We are hoping to represent WCRE with a table of ten members, or members can purchase tickets for fewer people if we cannot fill a table. Only 28 seats remain for the event! Tickets are $100 each. If you are interested in attending, please reach out to Christine Rachelle,, and Lori Parker,, by Friday, September 21st.

Donations for The Period Project Challenge in September

1 in 5 girls in the U.S. has missed school because her family couldn't afford feminine hygiene products.

In Tennessee, these products are considered luxury items alongside tobacco and alcohol and can't be purchased with food stamps. This leads to truency issues, girls falling behind on their academics, and of course an emotional toll. On the Dot and The Period Project are collecting donations to distribute to Metro Nashville Public Schools. There is a large drive going on now to stock free supplies leading into the school year.
Here are two ways you can help:
1. Are you a property manager who may have "dead stock" in your supply closets? Did you remove or do you no longer stock machines in ladies rooms? We can pick that up!
2. Would you run a donation drive in your office? We can pick those up, too!
Tiffany Wondrow and Christine Rachelle will pick up donations from your buildings or offices, or you may bring items by the offices of C&R Services at 1515 Elm Hill Pike, Suite 308, or CIC at 101 Space Park South Drive, both in Nashville. They will need time to plan, so please email Christine,, to let her know your intent to donate or need for a pick-up by Friday, September 21st.
